Route 135 Kawerau – Whakatāne bus service has changed!
Baybus introduced changes to the bus route and timetable to enhance access within and around Kawerau.

The Bay of Plenty Regional Council has in place a call centre for handling timetable and complaint enquiries.

In early 2021, the Regional Council has run a public consultation in Kawerau with a view to improving the number and frequency of bus trips between Kawerau and Whakatane. Changes are planned to be in place by the middle of 2021.
