Nominations for the Kawerau Young Achievers Awards 2021 are now closed.

Due to COVID-19 Alert Level Restrictions The Kawerau Youth Council will be hosting a Virtual Awards Ceremony.

The Kawerau Young Achievers Awards will be broadcasted on Friday 12th November 2021 on the Kawerau District Council Website.

Young Achievers Awards

Supporting youth excellence in district, regional, national and international endeavours.

Nominations are called for each year for students who in the previous 12 months have excelled academically and or sporting at a district, regional, national or international level. 

All successful candidates are invited to a public ceremony where each student is presented with a certificate noting and congratulating their achievement.
