The concert chamber is in the town centre and can accommodate up to 250 people.

This modernised facility is perfect for school groups, event organisers, workshops, conferences, film crews and any general interest clubs.

Kawerau has a number of parks and gardens which can be used for events or sporting activities.

The recreation centre is a modern, multi-functional facility with a large parking area.

The Maurie Kjar Aquatic Centre are Kawerau's free, heated pool complex, in the middle of Kawerau, opposite the Kawerau isite.

One of the town's oldest buildings, the town hall can seat a maximum of 520 people and is mainly used for stage shows.
